Try before you buy

One complete template, Copy Clean Link, is free to download from the home page with no email required. It is the same ZIP a vault buyer receives for that template, so you can judge the code before paying.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Because the license key and ZIPs are delivered the moment payment is confirmed, any statutory withdrawal period for digital content ends at delivery, which you accept at checkout. The refund terms on this page are what we honour beyond that.

Conditions

Refunds are granted for any reason, no questions asked.

Partial refunds: not offered; refunds are made in full.

How to request one

Email support@nextgenomni.com from your purchase email address and include your license key or your Stripe receipt number. We reply within 2 business days.

What happens next

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a purchase is fully refunded, its license key is revoked automatically and vault access ends. Any templates you already downloaded may no longer be used under the license.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we can usually resolve things faster. A chargeback is treated as a full refund and revokes the license.
