1. Who we are

SnipTab is operated by NextGenOmni LLC, 540 Cambridge Ct 1A, Munster, IN 46321, United States ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@nextgenomni.com.

2. What you are buying

A one-time purchase of a license to the SnipTab Extension Vault: every Manifest V3 browser-extension template listed in the catalog at the time of purchase, delivered as source ZIP files, plus any future library and roadmap drops we add to the vault for as long as we operate SnipTab. Future additions are included at no extra cost; they are not promised on any schedule, and "free updates" means exactly this.

This is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. There is no physical shipment and no subscription.

By paying you ask us to deliver immediately. Where the law where you live gives consumers a withdrawal period for digital content, you acknowledge that it ends once delivery begins; our own refund terms on the Refund Policy page still apply.

3. Your license

On payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to the templates. You may modify them, brand them, use them privately, deliver them to clients, and publish extensions derived from them under your own name.

You may not resell or redistribute the original unmodified template files, resell access to the vault, share your license key, or present the templates themselves as a template product of your own. You may not use the templates, in whole or in part, to assemble or supply a competing template library, marketplace, subscription or bundle, whether the files are modified first or not. You may not extract the catalog or the templates by automated means - scraping, crawling, scripted or bulk downloading beyond ordinary personal use of the vault - or work around the download limits on your account.

None of that restricts what you build. Extensions you make from these templates are yours to publish and sell without limit. What is reserved is the templates as templates.

Every download is stamped with a short code identifying the license it was downloaded under. The code is not your license key, unlocks nothing, and contains no personal information about you; it exists so that files found in public can be traced to the account that downloaded them. It is named in the LICENSE.md inside every download.

Both licenses grant the same rights, set out in full in the LICENSE.md inside every download: modify the code, re-brand it, use it privately, deliver extensions built from it to clients in unlimited projects, and publish derivatives under your own name. They differ only in who holds the license. The Solo license is held by one named developer; the Team license is held by one company and covers its staff. Choose the one that matches who is buying; your license key records which you hold.

4. Payment and delivery

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax or VAT, so the price you see is the amount you pay. Stripe is the merchant of record for the sale and calculates, collects and remits that tax; we never receive or store your card details.

Your license key is shown on the confirmation page as soon as Stripe confirms payment and is emailed to your purchase address. Keep it safe: it is what activates the vault and what recovers your access.

5. License keys and access

Vault access is granted per license key through a session that expires after seven days; you can activate again at any time. If you lose your key, the Recover page sends a one-time link to your purchase email.

We may revoke a license key that was obtained fraudulently, that is subject to a chargeback, or whose purchase has been fully refunded.

6. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

7. No warranty, AI-generated code, and the Chrome Web Store

The templates are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they are error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not promise that any extension you build from them will be accepted by the Chrome Web Store. Chrome Web Store acceptance is always determined by Google's review.

The Build with AI page is a beta. Code from it is written by the third-party model you choose, from your prompt. We do not write, review or test it, and it is not one of our templates. The checks that page runs are three automatic warnings in your own browser — network calls, host permissions, and inline scripts — not a security review, and not the packaging checks our own templates pass. No warning does not mean the code is safe or correct. Read and test anything you generate before you load or publish it. That page and everything it produces are provided "as is", and it may change or be withdrawn at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the templates, or the Build with AI page, to build anything that is malicious, deceptive, or unlawful, that collects data without clear consent, or that violates Chrome Web Store policies. You are responsible for the extensions you publish and for their compliance.

In particular, do not ask the Build with AI page to build anything whose purpose is to: take, read or send away passwords, cookies, session tokens, saved form data or payment details; record keystrokes, or capture what someone types, views or does without their clear knowledge; covertly track, monitor or watch another person; produce, collect or distribute sexual content; harass or impersonate someone, expose their private details, or run a scam, phishing page or fraud; or hide what an extension really does, switch off browser security, or evade detection.

Security and privacy tools are not on that list and are welcome: a password generator, a redactor that hides sensitive text on screen, a cookie or tracker inspector you run on your own browsing, a permission auditor, or a filter that blocks harmful content. The test is whose interest the extension serves - one that protects or informs the person running it is fine.

The model you choose will normally decline a request it judges to fall in that list, and will say why. Using the page to generate anything in that list, or working around a refusal, is a breach of these terms, and we may revoke the license key without a refund.

9. If SnipTab ends

We intend to run SnipTab for a long time, but no business can promise to exist for ever, so this is what happens if we ever stop.

We will give at least 90 days' notice, by email to the purchase address on every license and on this website. For that whole period the vault stays open and every license key keeps working, so you can download everything, including with the Download everything button in the vault.

Your license to every template you have downloaded does not end when the vault does. It is perpetual, as section 3 says: you keep the right to use, modify, brand, publish and deliver what you downloaded, exactly as before.

What ends is the hosted vault itself - signing in, downloading from our servers, the Build with AI page - and any future additions to the catalog.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the vault or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for your license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the vault after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, and any dispute will be brought in the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
